We strive to provide a smooth and timely delivery experience for our customers. For orders within Cairo and Giza, please allow up to 5 business days for your package to arrive. For orders outside Cairo and Giza, please allow up to 7 business days for delivery to other governorates. We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely and efficiently.

Exchange & Return Policy:

On-door trials are available

Returns and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

• Only in the case of a manufacturing defect
• Requests must be submitted via our direct messages
• Items must be returned in their original condition, with packaging and tags intact
• An additional shipping fee will be applied for exchanges and returns
